BabyCakes NYC owner on cover of Inc.
The latest BabyCakes NYC newsletter has news of their Summer of Love 2008 t-shirts, a cookbook coming out from Clarkson Potter in 2009, as well as the Inc. magazine cover story featuring owner Erin McKenna. For those interested in the business side of cupcake bakeries, do check it out - at the end is a “Reality Check” section that mentions a much-discussed topic here, the fact that several other bakeries are called BabyCakes. And apparently the Los Angeles Babycakes is still in the works.
