Noe Valley Bakery, San Francisco

Today’s San Francisco Chronicle highlights some favorite kids’ desserts (those they all seem adult-friendly to me!) and one of them is the “Mostest Cupcake” from Noe Valley Bakery.
Noe Valley Bakery’s Mostest Cupcakes (pictured at right) look just like the mini-mart best-seller, but taste much better, with a Bavarian cream center and chocolate ganache glaze with a Hostess-esque white squiggle on top. The Zinger’d cupcake, topped with pink coconut, has raspberry Bavarian cream. $2.25 each. 4073 24th St., (415) 550-1405.
They offer a variety of cupcakes, including fudge, carrot, peanut butter and jelly, and the ones below (taken from their website), which look extra special. More photos coming soon.
